We’ve built an effective mental wellness membership you’ll actually want to use (which we know is hard to find). We offer care for every moment in time and milestones in life. Because every feeling counts. Our name is Zeera. We are true to who we are and embrace the messiness of life.

How'd we get here?
We saw the gaps in the current state of mental health care and we set out to develop a more effective approach; a new care model that leverages the power of technology to provide personalized care, that you can access anonymously, to work on the everyday mental health needs that we often...don't feel comfortable working through with a therapist. Zeera was built to be the most accessible and engaging solution, offering mental wellness for the price of a cup of coffee a week.
How it Works
Zeera is a monthly membership for on-demand, therapist-created tools, conversations, and community stories—navigating experiences like burnout, boundaries, or figuring out if you still want to be in this relationship. Anything that impacts your life, we're here with you.
